HUBZ / COMPARE YOUR OPTIONS

Hubz vs HubSpot

Compare the whole buying decision, not just a Sales Hub seat.

Official sources checked October 31, 2026

A fair comparison starts with the same brief.

Write down your users, required workflows, billing period, currency and implementation needs. Ask every vendor to price that same brief. This guide does not convert currencies, infer missing features or assume identical limits from similar plan names.

When to put this option on your shortlist.

Start with HubSpot when your buying process is built around its broader product ecosystem. Establish which hubs and seat types your people actually need before choosing an edition.

Read the price in context.

Confirm the same scope and billing period; editions are not assumed equivalent.
Decision pointHubzHubSpot
Subscription priceEssential $19; Professional $39; Business $69. USD per user/month, excluding VAT.The Sales Hub catalog lists Starter from $20 per Core Seat/month, Professional from $100 per Sales Seat/month and Enterprise from $150 per Sales Seat/month, billed annually for Enterprise. These are USD catalog figures, not a personalized quote.
Workflow scopeProduct and quote workflows in Professional; controlled MCP in Business. Review individual package capacities and connection requirements.HubSpot separates Sales Hub from other hubs. Its catalog lists Revenue Hub separately for quoting, billing and payments. Specify the quoting workflow in your purchase request rather than assuming every Sales Hub edition covers it.

The same catalog lists required one-time onboarding of $1,500 for Sales Hub Professional and $3,500 for Enterprise. Regional offers and contract terms may differ; confirm your country, seat mix and checkout total.

Questions before you commit.

Does Hubz replace every HubSpot product?

No. Compare the workflows you need, not the names of the platforms. A HubSpot setup with several hubs, specialized seats or an established integration stack needs a scope-by-scope review before migration.

Build a first-year cost worksheet.

Keep recurring seats, one-time implementation and usage-based charges in separate lines. Multiply only prices that share a currency and billing basis. Add data preparation, training and the applications you intend to retain. There is no automatic savings percentage in this guide.
