01What does Hubz help a team manage?+
Hubz connects customer relationships, sales opportunities, products, quotes, daily work, communications and reports in a shared workspace. A team can review a customer’s history and next action without reconstructing the context across separate tools. Available modules depend on the selected plan.
02Is Hubz just a contact list?+
Contacts and companies are the starting point. They connect to opportunities, activities and follow-up tasks. Professional adds products, quotes, Gmail, marketing and social operations. Business expands capacity, customer-service knowledge and MCP access.
03Are prices per user or per workspace?+
Monthly subscription prices are per user: Essential $19, Professional $39 and Business $69, excluding VAT. Contact, company and connected-social-account capacities are workspace totals. Buying additional seats does not multiply those capacities.
04Can I start with one user?+
Yes. There is no requirement to purchase three seats. First establish which people and modules you need. The selected plan, workspace capacity and required connections are clarified before setup.
05Are annual prices or discounts available?+
The prices shown are for monthly billing. Annual pricing and discounts are not currently offered here. We confirm subscription terms and any separate setup or service charges before you start.
06What is included in Essential?+
Essential includes 500 contacts, 250 companies, lead and basic opportunity tracking, tasks, Kanban, activities, calendar tools, in-app Inbox, support, available reports and data tools. Gmail, product and quote management, marketing and social access start with Professional.
07Who is Professional designed for?+
Teams adding product and quote management, Gmail conversations, email marketing and social content operations to customer tracking. It provides 5,000 contacts, 2,500 companies and five connected social accounts in total. MCP is available only on Business.
08What does Business add?+
Business expands Professional to 25,000 contacts, 12,500 companies and twelve connected social accounts. It adds knowledge-base articles, support satisfaction, customer reward records and MCP connections. Activation requires confirmation of the plan, capacity and relevant provider connections.
09What can the product and service catalog store?+
Product or service names, descriptions, codes, categories and commercial information. Price, currency, tax, units and service details help you prepare quotes. Catalog management is included in Professional and Business; it is not presented as a complete warehouse or accounting system.
10Is the in-app Inbox the same as a Gmail connection?+
No. In-app Inbox and notifications are included in all plans. Gmail or Google Workspace connection, synchronization, individual sending and conversation follow-up require Professional or Business. The provider account must also be authorized by its user.
11Is email sending included in the subscription?+
Professional and Business provide access to email marketing software. Bulk email sending capacity is defined and priced separately. Sender connection, provider terms and any campaign-management service are separate from the software subscription.
12How are connected social accounts counted?+
Each connected account, such as a Facebook page or Instagram account, counts toward the limit. Professional allows five and Business twelve across all providers in the workspace. Additional users do not increase that allowance. A brand profile is a different concept.
13Can I publish on every social network?+
Facebook and Instagram publishing workflows are supported. Other networks have different connection, pilot and action scopes. Account type, supported content formats and provider permissions must be checked during setup; connecting an account does not enable every possible action.
14Do Workflows automatically send messages or campaigns?+
Current Workflows create tasks and notifications from CRM conditions. Follow-up for eligible single-recipient Gmail conversations uses Sequences. Bulk campaigns and WhatsApp business messaging have separate tools and usage scopes.
15Which plan includes MCP?+
Only Business. The compatible client, accessible modules and connection scope must be authorized separately. Professional includes standard integrations, without MCP access. An earlier authorization does not remove the requirement for an eligible Business subscription.
16Can an MCP-connected assistant directly message customers?+
Reading data and preparing a private plan are separate from external communications. Relevant sending actions require recipient, content and sender review, applicable permissions and human approval. Connecting an assistant does not give it unrestricted permission to act.
17Can we migrate data from another tool?+
Import and export tools are available for supported operations. Records, field mappings and validation needs are reviewed together. Custom migration, external research or development may need a separate scope and quote.
18How does account setup work?+
After you get in touch, we discuss your plan, team size, workspace limits and connections. You can sign in once workspace and access setup is complete. The form prepares an email draft for you to review and send. It does not create an account or take payment.
19Can I use Hubz on mobile?+
Hubz works in desktop and mobile browsers and can be installed as a PWA in supported browsers. Daily CRM operations require an internet connection. Team access follows workspace membership and user permissions.
20Are agency services and WhatsApp messaging included?+
Content creation, graphics or video, advertising spend, campaign management and custom development are separate services. WhatsApp business messaging requires a separate check of your number, provider and technical setup. CRM access does not automatically include these services or usage charges.
