Integrations / Connection status and setup scope

CRM integrations: accounts, permissions and setup

Review Google, communication, task-file and website-intake connections with their statuses and requirements.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

The Integrations screen shows which services are connected, which need attention and which still require setup. Connected, action-required, available and planned states are distinct. Google mail and calendar connections, sender accounts, task-file storage status and website data-intake configuration are assessed here. Seeing the name of a connection does not mean it is automatically ready or authorized for every user.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

If a team cannot tell which permission is missing or what is only on the roadmap, it may rely on an unfinished workflow. Treating mail, file and social-account permissions as one general grant also obscures scope.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Assess every connection by its purpose, current state and operation limits. Complete missing setup steps and design the workflow without confusing planned providers with current live capabilities.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Check connection status.

Open the relevant service and review its connected, available, action-required or planned state and displayed details.

  2. 02

    Complete required setup.

With an authorized person, assess OAuth, sender accounts and server-side configuration needs separately.

  3. 03

    Verify it in the workflow.

Check what the connection allows in the relevant email, calendar, file or website-intake screen before using it.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Workspace administrator

Bringing Gmail, calendar and task files into the team’s workflow.

Missing steps and permission scope are identified separately for each connection; a listing alone is not treated as readiness.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Integration management is included in Professional and Business. MCP requires Business. Provider and user permissions are verified separately for each connection.

  • Planned payment, call-center or general automation providers are not presented as ready integrations.
  • A mail connection does not automatically unlock task-file storage or social-account access.
  • Custom integration and development requirements are scoped separately.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Can every service on the Integrations screen be used immediately?

No. Review its status and requirements. A planned connection is not a completed integration.

02Does Professional include MCP?

MCP requires Business. Professional uses mail, calendar and eligible social connections with their own permissions.
