Commercial documents / Contract workspace
Manage contracts, addenda and revisions with quote matching, draft status, archiving and export tools.
PRODUCT VIEW
Keep contracts, addenda and revisions together with their document history and draft or sealed status. Choose active, archived or all records. Match documents through customer and reference-quote search; changed text is assessed through a new revision and its relevant approval requirements.
Prepared for a sample company.
FROM NEED TO OUTCOME
Separate files can make it unclear which version of a contract relates to the quoted scope or which document has been archived.
Organize document preparation together with its relationships, revisions and action history.
STEP BY STEP
Identify the customer and document title, then edit the contract text in the workspace.
Assess quote matching and the need for an addendum or revision within the document context.
Use export, archive and restore tools, completing approval-required steps through configured permissions.
INSIDE THE MODULE

IN EVERYDAY WORK

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED
Included in Professional and Business. Document management roles and sending or approval permissions apply separately.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Matching gives the document a reference. It is not quote acceptance or a transfer of charges; the screen separately describes wording and revision conditions.
In the relevant approval flow, new text and a new revision require current verification. Approval of a previous document does not automatically carry over to changed wording.
