Google Workspace / Mail synchronization and one-to-one communication

Connect Gmail and Google Workspace to Hubz CRM

Use synchronization, one-to-one sending and reply workflows in CRM context through an authorized Google mailbox.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

A Gmail connection brings customer correspondence alongside the relevant CRM work. The authorized user completes the Google connection step, and Hubz uses the mailbox identity and granted scopes. Mail synchronization, new one-to-one messages, replies, CC/BCC fields and conversation records are parts of the current workflow. The same Google connection may include calendar scopes, but mail operations are not the same decision as a social YouTube connection or task-file storage permission.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Email can remain in its own application while the contact, company or opportunity is tracked elsewhere. Teams lose context if they cannot tell whose identity is sending or which conversation is being continued.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Use the correct mailbox and conversation to bring customer communication next to recorded work. Keep one-to-one correspondence distinct from bulk marketing capacity and preserve required user and provider permissions.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Authorize the account.

Select the correct account in Google’s connection workflow and review the mail and related scopes requested by Hubz.

  2. 02

Open the conversation in CRM context.

Assess synced correspondence, recipients and relevant CRM records; verify the correct account and subject.

  3. 03

    Prepare the message or reply.

Review recipients, CC/BCC, content and any one-to-one follow-up choice before sending through the appropriate Gmail workflow.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Gmail connection, synchronization and one-to-one correspondence are included in Professional and Business. Google user authorization and the mail provider’s licensing and usage conditions also apply.

  • One-to-one Gmail correspondence does not mean bulk-marketing sending credits are included in the CRM subscription.
  • YouTube permission does not grant Gmail access; task Drive storage is also configured separately.
  • An MCP client requires separate Business mailbox access and fresh consent to read mail.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Does connecting Gmail mean the whole team can read the mailbox?

Access is assessed through workspace, account and user permissions. A connection does not automatically grant every user or MCP client read access.

02Is my Google license included in the plan?

Mail-provider licenses and limits apply separately; a Hubz subscription does not automatically cover those service costs.
