Hubz can be installed as a PWA in supported browsers, providing a more direct way back to the browser-based product from your device without a separate native iOS or Android app. Existing PWA flows cover installation, connection status and refresh steps when a new version is detected. An information screen explains when the connection is lost. It does not allow CRM records to be edited offline and synchronized later.

    Use records and actions with a normal connection. If connectivity is lost, follow the offline explanation and recovery step.

    Move to the new version

    When an update notice appears, assess the refresh option and distinguish the new release from the behavior of the current tab.
