Hubz settings: profile, workspace and preferences

Manage profile, organization, security, communication, data and usage settings within the relevant permission boundaries.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

Hubz organizes settings into workspace, communication, data and connections, and personal preferences rather than one long form. Organization information and email brand identity remain separate from the personal user profile. Communication areas show sender accounts, mailbox synchronization, signatures and notifications according to their purposes. Users are not assumed to have permission for every setting; existing role, module and connection permissions apply.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Confusing a personal signature with campaign brand identity, or a mailbox connection with a bulk sender, can lead to working through the wrong account.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Understand whether a change belongs to the person or organization, and manage provider connections, data actions and commercial usage in separate scopes.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Choose the relevant area

Find the intended action in workspace, communication, data or personal preference groups rather than searching in the wrong context.

  2. 02

    Check account and permissions

Verify the active organization, role and selected sender or connection. A visible section does not imply permission for every action.

  3. 03

    Save the change explicitly

Complete the relevant save or connection action. Keep brand information, signatures, notifications and regional preferences current within their own scopes.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Workspace administrator

Campaign brand information changes while individual sales signatures should remain separate.

Update organization identity and user signatures in their respective settings areas.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Basic account and workspace settings are included in every plan. Actions within subsections depend on current roles, plans and connection scope.

  • The settings screen does not itself enable disabled modules or provider actions.
  • Visible billing information does not imply a ready card collection or self-service payment system.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Can everyone change organization details?

No. Action permissions depend on the current workspace role. Changes such as organization brand editing require an authorized user.

02Does adding a sender account provide a provider license?

No. Provider accounts, licensing and sending conditions must be arranged separately from Hubz settings.
