Email campaigns: prepare audiences and track delivery

Prepare audience, message, sender and timing in one campaign workflow, then track results through recipient statuses.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

Preparing a campaign involves more decisions than sending one email to many addresses. Hubz separates the campaign list from a dedicated preparation screen: choose the campaign, then review its template, recipient group, subject line and delivery plan. Track the prepared campaign’s status and totals in the list, and open its detailed report when needed. This keeps work on a draft distinct from monitoring active delivery.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

When the same content goes to different lists, the selected group, excluded addresses and reasons for waiting can become unclear. A sent count alone does not tell you whether delivery is complete.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Review content and recipient selection before sending. Once the campaign begins, assess acceptance, delivery, suppression and errors in the context of that campaign.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Prepare the campaign.

Choose an appropriate template or content, then check the subject, language and sender in the preparation workflow.

  2. 02

    Verify recipients and timing.

Define the CRM audience, review eligible records and consider immediate sending or a planned date.

  3. 03

    Check the campaign results.

Track campaign status and open the related report to inspect the recipients behind totals and their delivery details.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Marketing manager

Preparing a service announcement for a specific CRM list.

Message and sender are reviewed, audience eligibility is checked and campaign results can be opened down to individual recipients.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Available on Professional and Business, subject to workspace permissions and the required provider connections. Sending capacity and provider fees are separate from the subscription.

  • An immediate-send request may wait because of a sending window or provider queue.
  • Delivery confirmations and open signals are different events; signals do not prove a person read the message.
  • Sending credits, mail providers and responsibility for permitted recipients are assessed separately.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Can I open a campaign total to see its recipients?

Yes. The campaign report shows the relevant recipients, statuses and tracking events. The delivery log provides individual provider records separately.

02Does the scheduled time mean everyone receives the email simultaneously?

No. Provider limits, queues and workspace sending rules determine how delivery progresses.
