Audience / Recipient-group preparation

Email audiences and CRM contact lists

Prepare recipient groups from CRM records and assess data quality and sending eligibility before the content.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

A campaign starts with who you want to reach and what you want to say. Hubz’s audience area helps organize contacts into lists and sending groups. CRM context, scoring and email eligibility are considered together when assessing whether records are ready for communication. A saved list or selected contacts can be used during campaign preparation, but list membership does not mean an address will be included in every delivery.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Combining related contacts from the same company, missing emails or addresses with changed preferences without checking them makes campaign scope unclear. The team may struggle to explain why a particular group was contacted.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Keep the records that make up the audience visible. Prepare content for that group’s needs and ensure preference and suppression checks are applied again at sending time.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Define the group.

Select CRM records suited to the campaign’s purpose and decide whether to work with a reusable recipient list.

  2. 02

    Review readiness.

Assess contact details, existing scores and address eligibility, distinguishing data-quality issues from communication decisions.

  3. 03

    Connect it to the campaign.

Bring the prepared group into the campaign workflow and review eligible and excluded recipients before sending.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Sales and marketing team

Preparing an announcement for CRM contacts interested in a specific service.

Relevant records form a group, the message reflects that context and sending is planned for recipients who pass eligibility checks.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Available on Professional and Business, subject to workspace permissions and the required provider connections. Sending capacity and provider fees are separate from the subscription.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Is everyone on a list definitely included in sending?

No. Unsubscribes, category preferences, global suppressions or validation requirements can exclude an address.

02Does a high contact score guarantee delivery?

No. The score assesses readiness in CRM context; actual delivery is tracked through provider records.
