Snippets / Short communication templates

Reusable email and WhatsApp message snippets

Create reusable email and WhatsApp snippets, then personalize them with supported CRM fields.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

You do not need to write every customer message from scratch. Hubz’s snippets area provides a dedicated workspace for finding and reusing short email and WhatsApp drafts. Unlike visual email design, the focus here is the message itself: subject, copy and supported CRM variables. Teams can start an introduction or follow-up from shared wording while reviewing the final content against the actual recipient and current conversation.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Describing the same purpose differently across a team can create inconsistent scope and tone. Using identical copy for every recipient without review can also lose the relationship’s context.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Create a shared voice for recurring messages. Use snippets as a starting point that makes communication easier, then verify recipient, date, request and requirements for that action before sending.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Select the message purpose.

Find a short draft suited to the communication need and open its relevant channel and content fields for editing.

  2. 02

    Adapt the context.

Use supported contact or company variables and complete the general draft with the conversation’s real subject and expected response.

  3. 03

    Use the appropriate communication workflow.

Review the prepared content in an authorized email or permitted reply workflow, retaining the channel’s own sending rules.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Does preparing WhatsApp copy mean I can send a campaign?

No. Content preparation is separate from sending permission, and the existing WhatsApp connection’s permitted-reply limits still apply.

02Do I change visual email design here?

Short messages belong here. Use Template Studio to edit the appearance of designed emails.
