Campaign acceptance and failures
Review accepted sends and failed-recipient records. Without separate delivery evidence from the provider, do not treat inbox delivery as confirmed.
Reports / Outreach and campaign reports
Assess email campaign results and event preparation through their respective data sources.
PRODUCT VIEW
The Outreach area combines email marketing and event report types. Campaign reports review provider-accepted sends and failed recipients from existing records. Event reports assess upcoming events, importance, channels and recorded preparation or reminder status. These serve different purposes: one shows records of communication already carried out, while the other shows preparation for planned outreach.
FROM NEED TO OUTCOME
Treating provider acceptance as arrival in the recipient's inbox can misstate success. An event appearing on a calendar also does not mean its preparation is complete.
Read campaign outcomes using available provider evidence and event preparation using recorded status, then plan the next action from the right signal.
STEP BY STEP
Select the relevant preset report and date range. Check that your plan enables the required source, and avoid comparing similar-looking totals from different periods.
Read the indicators, charts and rows together. Check which records are loaded and any warnings about incomplete data before drawing conclusions about the whole organization.
Export the relevant table to CSV or save the report view. With a suitable sender configured, choose manual, daily, weekly or monthly delivery and track the result of scheduled sending separately.
INSIDE THE MODULE
Review accepted sends and failed-recipient records. Without separate delivery evidence from the provider, do not treat inbox delivery as confirmed.
Assess upcoming events by date, importance and channel, discussing team work according to recorded preparation status.
Marketing reports require the campaign module; event reports require the event module. Enabling one type does not authorize the other source.
Save the report’s name, type, date range and supported settings. Set delivery days and a time if needed, so you do not have to recreate the view each time.
The on-screen table is paginated; CSV includes the rows loaded into the current report. On-screen amounts are formatted for reading; exported values are provided for further analysis.
IN EVERYDAY WORK
Evaluate completed sending results and upcoming communication preparation through separate report types.
Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.
KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED
Existing preset report areas are included in every plan. Each type requires its source modules to be enabled and the user to have access to the relevant workspace.
YOUR QUESTIONS
No. Reports only use source modules you can access. Quote reporting requires the quote module; marketing reporting requires campaign access.
A saved view and a delivery schedule are separate settings. Sending frequency and recipients must be selected, and the background process and authorized sender configuration must be operational.
