Contact quality context
Review contact score, status, associated company and last interaction together in the relevant preset type.
Reports / CRM reports
Review contact status, last interaction, company associations and company segments from existing records.
PRODUCT VIEW
CRM reports provide separate preset types for contacts and companies. Contact views use score, status, company and last interaction; company views use fields such as industry, score, payment score and website. The purpose is to understand whether customer information is complete enough to use, beyond counting records. Communication preparation, account ownership and segmentation depend on the accuracy of that information.
FROM NEED TO OUTCOME
A large customer list does not establish that usable contact and company details exist. Missing information can disappear behind large report totals.
Assess contacts and companies through meaningful fields, then bring data completion and relationship follow-up into the work plan.
STEP BY STEP
Select the relevant preset report and date range. Check that your plan enables the required source, and avoid comparing similar-looking totals from different periods.
Read the indicators, charts and rows together. Check which records are loaded and any warnings about incomplete data before drawing conclusions about the whole organization.
Export the relevant table to CSV or save the report view. With a suitable sender configured, choose manual, daily, weekly or monthly delivery and track the result of scheduled sending separately.
INSIDE THE MODULE
Review contact score, status, associated company and last interaction together in the relevant preset type.
Inspect industry, existing scores and website fields, including recorded segment information in account planning.
Use the action center and CRM links to address missing information or follow-up in the relevant record, rather than leaving the report as a disconnected list.
Save the report’s name, type, date range and supported settings. Set delivery days and a time if needed, so you do not have to recreate the view each time.
The on-screen table is paginated; CSV includes the rows loaded into the current report. On-screen amounts are formatted for reading; exported values are provided for further analysis.
IN EVERYDAY WORK
Check which records are included and what is missing, then plan research or corrections before contacting anyone.
Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.
KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED
Existing preset report areas are included in every plan. Each type requires its source modules to be enabled and the user to have access to the relevant workspace.
YOUR QUESTIONS
No. Reports only use source modules you can access. Quote reporting requires the quote module; marketing reporting requires campaign access.
A saved view and a delivery schedule are separate settings. Sending frequency and recipients must be selected, and the background process and authorized sender configuration must be operational.
