CRM calendar, appointments and event planning

Connect meetings, events and appropriately configured appointments to the team’s daily work.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

The next customer interaction often depends on a date. Hubz calendar and event screens help make those dates part of daily work. Appointment and availability tools are activated with the relevant user profile and calendar connection, so a planned meeting does not remain disconnected from CRM context.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

When the meeting date is in one place, customer notes elsewhere and preparation in another list, it is hard to follow the whole conversation. Availability sharing also needs the correct profile and connection.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

See upcoming meetings and events, keeping preparation time and the next customer action within the same workflow.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Establish the planning setup

Identify the team’s calendar and event requirements. For appointments, prepare the relevant user profile and required calendar connection.

  2. 02

    Connect time to the relationship

Review meeting and follow-up dates alongside daily work. Support preparation and subsequent actions with visible tasks.

  3. 03

    Keep the calendar current

Manage changed meetings and events through their relevant processes. Match availability and appointment settings to actual working arrangements.

Preparation and follow-up tasks

Support meeting preparation and later follow-up with tasks. A date in the calendar alone does not mean the work is completed.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Consulting team

Meeting preparation must be tracked while sharing suitable appointment times with customers.

Configure appointment profiles and tasks together to plan both before and after the meeting.

Communications team

The team regularly follows special dates and customer events.

Make event records visible in the work plan without requiring separate appointment setup.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Calendar, event and appointment tools are included in all plans. Availability requires a user profile; external Google Workspace connections are part of Professional and Business.

  • A user’s working days and hours are not guessed; configure actual working arrangements.
  • External calendar permissions and connection conditions depend on the provider.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Do special dates require an appointment profile?

No. Event and special-date planning are separate from booking through availability. An appointment profile is configured for the relevant user’s actual booking and availability needs.

02Which plans include Google Calendar connections?

Google Workspace connections are included in Professional and Business. The calendar screen and authorization of an external calendar account are separate steps.

03What is needed to set up appointments?

Review the user profile, actual working hours and required calendar connection. Clarify availability together instead of assuming days or hours on someone’s behalf.
