Social Studio / Reusable content and repeat drafts

Reuse social content and prepare repeat drafts

Create a new draft from eligible library content. Preview daily or weekly dates in the chosen time zone, then create a separate private draft for each date.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

Start a new draft from reusable content in your library, subject to the source’s current eligibility. Search content titles and captions, then select suitable destinations for the new draft. A repeat draft plan prepares an exact list of dates using a daily or weekly frequency, start date, local time, time zone and finite number of occurrences. Track each occurrence independently, resume draft creation when available or archive the plan.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Copying recurring content can lose the context of its dates and times. Treating a previously reviewed source as automatically approved for every new publication also weakens control.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Connect reusable content to an explicit list of dates while keeping review and publishing decisions separate for every new draft.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Choose an eligible source

Review the library record, brand revision and current account eligibility. Choose a new draft or a repeat plan.

  2. 02

    Preview exact dates

Set daily or weekly frequency, occurrence count, start date, local time and time zone. Review the dates, conflicts and required private media storage.

  3. 03

    Create and track drafts

Confirm the exact date list and track occurrence statuses. Review every draft separately before moving it to the publishing schedule.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Brand team

Separate drafts need to be prepared for specific weeks in a reusable content series.

Preview the exact dates and review each draft and decide separately whether to publish it.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Included in Professional and Business Social Studio. Current access and eligibility requirements apply to the original content, brand and selected accounts.

  • A plan is limited to 2–12 occurrences within a maximum 180-day horizon. Conflicts and private media capacity are checked separately.
  • Confirming repeats only creates private drafts. Each draft needs its own review, approval and publisher scheduling.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Is this automatic recurring publishing?

No. The plan prepares separate private drafts from a finite date list. Every draft proceeds through its own review, approval and scheduling.

02What if the source content or brand changes?

Source revision, brand and accounts are reassessed. A changed scope may require a new preview or administrator review; earlier approval is not transferred to different text or a different revision.
