Delivery log / Provider events and recipient details

Email delivery logs, open signals and link tracking

Inspect individual email records, provider delivery confirmations, open signals and link requests.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

The delivery log shows what happened to each recipient’s email, using the events returned by the provider. Overall campaign totals remain in the campaign screen; here you examine events such as acceptance of an individual message, delivery confirmation or an error. The campaign engagement view opens recipients with open signals and link-request records alongside their timestamps. Provider delivery events have a different meaning from tracking signals generated by a browser or email client.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

One total cannot explain delivery failures at particular addresses or requests to the same link at different times. Equating open or click counts with real human behavior can also lead to incorrect conclusions.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Inspect a result’s source, recipient and time. When evaluating a campaign, distinguish delivery confirmations, tracking signals and behavior that cannot be known with certainty.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Find the message or campaign.

Open the relevant delivery record, or move to the campaign report when aggregate results are needed.

  2. 02

    Examine the event source.

Assess provider acceptance, delivery confirmation, errors and engagement signals as separate records.

  3. 03

    Decide what to do next.

Choose the right CRM follow-up for an invalid address, provider issue or a conversation that needs a response, without treating an uncertain signal as a definite result.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Campaign manager

Understanding whether an announcement has a delivery problem or limited engagement.

Provider events, open signals and link signals are reviewed separately, so the next communication decision does not rely on one number.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Available on Professional and Business, subject to workspace permissions and the required provider connections. Sending capacity and provider fees are separate from the subscription.

  • Privacy protection, automatic loading and link scanners can generate tracking signals.
  • An open signal is not definitive evidence that a person read the message.
  • Campaign totals and individual delivery records have different scopes; consider report filters.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Is the open count the number of people who read the message?

Not definitively. Email clients or automatic loading can create signals; Hubz presents them as open signals.

02Is every link request a human click?

No. Security scanners can also request links, and that limitation must be retained when reviewing records.
