Operator plan catalog: modules, limits and pricing

Authorized operators review plan names, active status, module access, limits and catalog price fields.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

Authorized Hubz operators use the plan catalog to manage standard plan definitions. Plan key, display name, description, active status, features and limits are assessed together. Catalog pricing can retain currency, per-user basis and defined monthly or annual amounts. A field's existence does not mean every billing period is offered for sale; only approved commercial prices and scope are published.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Changing only a plan name can create a presentation inconsistent with modules and capacity. Assuming catalog prices automatically change subscriptions or payments also creates false expectations.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Review what a plan offers through its technical definition and commercial catalog, while managing customer assignment and billing decisions separately.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Review the plan

Select an existing plan by name and key, then inspect active status, description and organization assignment scope.

  2. 02

    Edit the scope together

Assess module rights, recorded limits and approved pricing as separate fields. Entering a price does not establish that a feature is ready.

  3. 03

    Save with operator authority

Create or edit the plan with the required operator permission. Make separate controlled decisions for customer workspace assignment and entitlement migration.

Features and limits

Review module and capacity definitions together. A visible feature name does not replace technical access gates.

Assignment context

Assess plan relationships to organizations using available scope information. Editing a catalog must not silently migrate active customers to new rights.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Authorized platform operator

A new plan scope has commercial approval and needs to be recorded in the standard catalog.

Review name, modules, limits and price together, handling customer impact through a separate transition decision.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

A Hubz platform operator area only. It is not a customer-facing plan builder included with a subscription.

  • Recording a plan price does not create a subscription, take a payment or recalculate existing invoices.
  • Catalog features become available to customers only when the relevant implementation and permission gates are ready.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Does an annual field mean an annual discount is available?

No. The data model can store different periods, but customers are promised only periods and prices that are approved and explicitly offered.

02Can customers create their own custom plans?

This operator catalog is not a customer plan designer. Custom commercial requirements are scoped separately.
