Operator area / Organization status and plan assignment

Operator workspace administration and access decisions

Authorized platform staff review workspace status, plan assignment and access decisions through controlled actions.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

The platform operations console is for Hubz service operators, separate from each customer’s CRM. Authorized operators review workspaces in the context of status, assigned plan, members and usage. Plan assignment is saved against an existing plan key; suspension and reactivation require a reason and relevant category. This view is not designed as an impersonated customer session. Operational decisions have separate authorization and recording requirements.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Changes to a customer’s status or plan need a recorded reason, so other operators can understand the decision and its effect on access.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Assess access decisions through workspace records, existing plans and stated reasons, keeping operator authority separate from purchased user seats.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Find the workspace

Select the organization using search and pagination in the operator list. Review status, assigned plan and usage context.

  2. 02

    Review the change

Identify the information needed for plan assignment or access changes, and explicitly describe suspension or reactivation reasons.

  3. 03

    Record the authorized decision

Complete the change with operator access and additional security requirements, preserving an action trail for subsequent review.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Can a Business user access this screen?

A Business subscription does not grant platform operator rights. This area is for separately authorized operators managing the Hubz service.

02Does changing a catalog price automatically move an organization?

Catalog records and organization plan assignments are separate actions. Subscription and customer rights are managed through the relevant separate decisions.
