Approved private video source
Select a video source that passes the Sandbox workflow’s file and duration checks.
TikTok / Separate video.publish and Private Sandbox
Prepare approved video for a private Sandbox account with SELF_ONLY visibility; review creator options, declarations and final status checks.
PRODUCT VIEW
The private TikTok video pilot requires video.publish permission separate from the basic connection. The current workflow verifies that the registered target is a private account and supports SELF_ONLY visibility. The approved video, caption and fresh creator settings are shown to the user. Comments, Duet and Stitch options depend on provider eligibility, while brand disclosure and AI-content choices are considered separately. Before the final decision, the user must explicitly check Music Usage Confirmation. Granting permission or preparing a review does not submit the video automatically.
FROM NEED TO OUTCOME
Presenting general TikTok sharing and a private test video as the same feature creates the wrong production expectation. Reuploading after an uncertain provider request may also cause the same video to enter processing more than once.
Use only the permitted private test scope. Start the operation after comparing the exact video, caption, visibility and declarations, then complete it using the existing record and provider status checks.
STEP BY STEP
Enable video access for the correct Sandbox account; verify private-account status, SELF_ONLY and provider-permitted options.
Assess the approved source, caption, interaction settings and AI/brand declarations, and explicitly confirm music usage.
Open delivery, processing or manual-review status from the record; do not repeat an uncertain result by submitting a new video.
INSIDE THE MODULE
Select a video source that passes the Sandbox workflow’s file and duration checks.
Review privacy and interaction requirements from fresh provider information and choose supported preferences.
Tie AI-content and available brand-disclosure choices to the user’s decision alongside music-usage confirmation.
Compare the pilot’s private-visibility scope with the exact message before deciding to submit.
Check known provider status and use the existing record when reconciliation or an explicit human declaration is required.
IN EVERYDAY WORK
Source, visibility and declarations are reviewed; the operation starts with music confirmation and is completed through the existing record.
Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.
KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED
This feature is a TikTok Private Sandbox video pilot. Separate application, media, lifecycle, network and workspace approvals are required. It is not sold as general customer production publishing.
YOUR QUESTIONS
No. The current workflow is limited to SELF_ONLY visibility on an eligible private Sandbox account.
Check the existing record and provider status, then use the relevant manual review or resolution step instead of automatically retrying with a new upload.
