Social Studio / Operations, publishing and metric visibility

Social media reporting within provider permissions

Inspect content states, target results and supported social metrics in period, account and campaign context.

PRODUCT VIEW

See how it works.

Assuming every number in a social report has the same source and coverage can be misleading. Hubz distinguishes operational drafts, scheduled, published and problematic records from provider performance metrics through separate definitions. Period, account, provider, campaign and post filters are available; queried targets, accessible data and missing coverage also need consideration. A zero metric is not equivalent to missing permission or a provider that does not support that measurement.

FROM NEED TO OUTCOME

Where this helps.

Counting missing metrics as zero can understate performance. Drawing conclusions about an entire account or campaign from partial data also exceeds the report’s actual scope.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK TOWARDS

Know which posts and accounts the report covers. Assess operational progress separately from provider metrics and their definitions and availability, keeping the data gaps behind decisions visible.

STEP BY STEP

How to use it.

  1. 01

    Choose period and scope.

Narrow the report to the relevant date range, account, provider, campaign or post.

  2. 02

    Review data readiness.

Check last refresh, queried targets and metrics that require permission or are unsupported.

  3. 03

    Read results in context.

Assess target operation states, available metrics and campaign links alongside the relevant business decision.

IN EVERYDAY WORK

What it looks like in practice.

Content operations manager

Assessing completed publication and available engagement data for a campaign.

Target results and provider metrics remain separate, and missing permission or unsupported data is not interpreted as zero performance.

Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.

KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED

Plans, permissions and limits.

Professional includes 5 connected social accounts per workspace; Business includes 12. Available tools and actions depend on your role, account type and provider permissions.

  • Social metric availability depends on provider, account type and permissions.
  • A campaign-link record does not mean Hubz measures every social click.
  • Independent reports with separate permission, such as YouTube, do not have the same data scope as Meta metrics.

YOUR QUESTIONS

About this feature.

01Is a metric without access permission shown as zero?

Availability is assessed separately. Permission-required, unsupported or failed data is not equated with a genuine zero.

02Do campaign links count every click?

Links and UTM records retain source context. Current social reporting does not guarantee measurement of all clicks on every platform.
