Video and thumbnail source
Prepare supported MP4 video and an optional JPEG thumbnail as sources that pass file-size and technical media checks.
YouTube / Source, thumbnail, permissions and publishing status
With separate upload permission, manage approved video sources, JPEG thumbnails, metadata language, visibility and eligible future publication plans.
PRODUCT VIEW
Connect the right YouTube channel, prepare the video for that channel and review it before uploading. An authorized administrator prepares the video file, optional JPEG thumbnail, brand association, title and description. The primary metadata language and supported additional translation fields can be edited. An approved source is used as an immutable revision; visibility, made-for-kids and synthetic-media choices are explicitly selected in the final review. In eligible workspaces, future public publication is tracked through an initial private upload and YouTube’s acceptance of the publication time.
FROM NEED TO OUTCOME
Connecting a channel is not the same as granting upload permission, and approving a draft is not the same as starting an actual upload. A video record alone gives an incomplete picture when its thumbnail cannot be applied or the provider result remains uncertain.
Compare the correct channel, approved video and metadata copy in the final review. Track upload, thumbnail and planned public publication separately so any required manual checks remain visible.
STEP BY STEP
Approve separate upload access for the correct channel; inspect the video, JPEG thumbnail, brand and metadata fields in the prepared source.
Compare title, description, language/translations, visibility and content declarations. Verify the time zone if an eligible future publication time is selected.
Open video, thumbnail and scheduling statuses; use the existing record for eligible cancellation, rescheduling or thumbnail corrections.
INSIDE THE MODULE
Prepare supported MP4 video and an optional JPEG thumbnail as sources that pass file-size and technical media checks.
Edit the metadata’s primary language and supported additional-language title/description fields using validated language tags.
Explicitly select private, unlisted or public visibility and made-for-kids and synthetic-content declarations in the final review.
In eligible workflows, track private upload and provider scheduling status for the selected time zone and future date.
Review upload history, verified results and eligible thumbnail reapplication or the need for manual action in YouTube Studio.
IN EVERYDAY WORK
The source revision and final fields are reviewed; actual upload, thumbnail and future-publication results are tracked separately.
Scenarios are illustrative; they are not customer testimonials or measured performance claims.
KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED
This pilot requires separate activation, an authorized administrator, an eligible workspace and the required provider permissions. A social-account allowance alone does not activate it. Availability is confirmed during setup.
YOUR QUESTIONS
No. Separate upload permission for the correct channel, an eligible approved source and an explicit final review are required.
